01What does it cost, all in?
$2,500 once, then $250 a month. That’s the whole bill: the build, the words, the domain, hosting, your Google listing, the monthly report and tuning. No setup fees, no surprise invoices, no contract with teeth.
02How does “love it, or pay nothing” actually work?
Exactly like it sounds. We talk once, I build the whole thing, and you look at the finished site at a live link. Love it, you pay and we launch. Don’t, you close the tab and owe me nothing. I take the risk because I know what I’m handing you.
03Do you work with our booking system?
Yes. I connect your existing PMS or booking engine to the site. Bookings stay in your system, and I never touch your rates or inventory.
04How long until Google starts sending me customers?
The site is live in a week. Google takes longer: usually months, not days, as reviews come in and pages get sharpened. The monthly report shows you exactly where you stand, so you watch it climb instead of taking my word for it.
05I already have a website. Is that a problem?
It’s a head start. I rebuild it hand-coded and keep your domain and anything worth keeping. Old sites usually rank poorly for fixable reasons: slow load, the wrong words, a dead Google listing. The rebuild fixes all three.
06What is the $250 a month actually doing?
The machine you saw above. Every month your report lands: what people searched, how often you showed up, who called or booked. I use those numbers to sharpen the site and your Google listing so you climb instead of sitting still. Hosting, security, and backups are in there too. Any small change: text me, done same day.
07How much of my time does this take?
About an hour, total. One call at the start, one look near the end. I handle everything else: the words, the photos, the domain, the hosting, the Google side. You run your business.
08Do I own it? What if I cancel?
You own everything: the design, the words, the code, the domain. Cancel the monthly anytime, no penalty. I hand you every file and the keys to the domain, and you or your next developer can take it anywhere.
09Why not just use Wix or Squarespace?
You can, and plenty try it first. But a template is heavy, slow, and looks like every other site in town, and it still leaves you doing the part that matters: getting found. Hand-written code loads fast, is structured so Google and AI assistants can read it, and the monthly work is what moves you up.
10Who am I actually working with?
Me. One builder. No account manager, no offshore team, no ticket queue. You text the same person who wrote every line of your site. Based in Bozeman, Montana, with roots in Minnesota lakes country. The whole process runs on one call and a text thread, so I build for businesses anywhere.
